Refund Policy – KIYL will not refund dues to members. Individual refund cases related to hardship or injury can be brought before the Board of Directors for review and decision. Any decision to provide a refund will require a majority vote by the Board.

NOTES:

1) Any refund not granted can be considered a charitable donation and filed accordingly with your tax return

2) if the uniforms for the season have already been ordered by the time the official refund request is received, any refund granted will be minus the cost of the uniform.  The current price of our uniform is $80.   We reserve the right to alter the price without notice. 

The Kent Island Comets Youth Lacrosse, Inc. organization is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit entity.  Your charitable donations are tax deductible under Section 170 of the Code.
